Our Therapy

Whole Balance Counselling focuses  on both holistic, and traditional counselling skills and techniques for guidance, healing, awareness and empowerment. 


Depending on your needs, we use different types of therapies such as  cognitive behavioural therapy,  person-centered therapy and mindfulness to encourage our clients to make changes in his or her life.  


Our private and confidential sessions are offered via Zoom and offer you a non judgmental space for self-reflection and healing.

Whether your issue seems to be large or small, through the counselling process, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.   

Online Services
